SUMMARY:Discriminazioni e ingiustizie sociali: uno sguardo intersezionale
DESCRIPTION:Come possiamo dotarci di strumenti per leggere la complessità dei fenomeni globali di oppressione e dominazione che generano disuguaglianze sociali? \nCome può la scuola accompagnare le e gli studenti in questo percorso di apprendimento di conoscenze e competenze trasversali di cui hanno bisogno nella società globale in cui vivono? \nLe strutture globali di oppressione e dominazione e le loro connessioni si riflettono nelle nostre relazioni interpersonali e professionali attraverso comportamenti discriminatori (razzismo\, sessismo\, omofobia\, aporofobia\, abilismo..). Il concetto di intersezionalità fornisce una chiave di lettura per comprendere la complessità delle ingiustizie sociali e ci equipaggia degli strumenti per contrastarle. \nIl corso mira a rafforzare la capacità delle e degli insegnanti nell’adottare un approccio pedagogico intersezionale\, inclusivo\, capace di riconoscere e valorizzare le differenze all’interno della classe. Inoltre particolare attenzione verrà data alle narrazioni mediatiche e ai social network. \nDestinatari:  \nInsegnanti della scuola secondaria di secondo grado. \nObiettivi: \n\nImparare a riconoscere le differenti forme di discriminazioni intersezionali nei contesti reali della propria quotidianità;\n\n\nFornire strumenti per una didattica innovativa sui temi della giustizia sociale;\nAttivarsi per contrastare fenomeni discriminatori e di odio online e offline.\n\nProgramma:  \nGiovedì 24 febbraio 2022\, ore 16.30-18.30 \nComprendere la complessità delle discriminazioni intersezionali e delle ingiustizie sociali. \nOgni persona ha un insieme di caratteristiche che rendono la sua esperienza unica. Le forme di oppressione e/o di privilegio che ogni persona sperimenta sono diverse a seconda di come le sue caratteristiche identitarie si intersecano con un dato contesto sociale\, culturale e politico. \nGiovedì 3 marzo 2022\, ore 16.30-18.30 \nLaboratorio:  Social Media Literacy \nAumentare la consapevolezza sul funzionamento dei social media in relazione alle forme di discriminazione intersezionale online (in collaborazione con CIFA onlus nell’ambito del progetto Hate trackers) \nGiovedì 10 marzo 2022\, ore 16.30-18.30 \nLaboratorio: La classe\, una comunità in miniatura  \nLeggere la classe per interpretare le dimensioni dei diritti di cittadinanza e vivere l’aula come laboratorio di uguaglianza sociale. \nMetodologia \nIl corso sarà erogato online.
