SUMMARY:Il cinema balcanico al femminile
DESCRIPTION:Per il secondo anno consecutivo\, l’associazione Occhio Blu Anna Cenerini Bova porta a Roma il Balkan Film Festival (Casa del Cinema 6-10 ottobre) che torna a mostrare il meglio del cinema balcanico con proiezioni esclusive\, incontri con registi di fama internazionale e approfondimenti sulle tematiche più attuali. Obiettivo: offrire\, attraverso il cinema\, un’occasione annuale di riflessione\, discussione\, conoscenza della società balcanica e stimolare le coproduzioni italo-balcaniche. \nNella cinematografia mondiale il ruolo delle registe si va da anni affermando con sempre maggiore nettezza. Certo\, straordinario è il fenomeno nei Balcani dove negli anni recenti la voce femminile ha raggiunto una frequenza ed efficacia che hanno impressionato le sale cinematografiche europee e tra esse certo quelle italiane. Di fronte a questo fenomeno ci interessa capire quale sia la funzione del cinema femminile nel racconto della società balcanica\, delle sue problematiche\, della sua storia\, dei ruoli di genere\, nella formulazione o rivendicazione di una nuova società. \nCi interessa cogliere come il cinema femminile balcanico contribuisca a rimodulare le grandi questioni della convivenza sociale\, regionale\, internazionale\, ricorrendo a nuove gerarchie di obiettivi e valori: la critica della guerra e la costruzione della pace; la reazione all’ordine patriarcale dominante in famiglia; la denuncia della disparità di genere; la costruzione del diritto al lavoro della donna e le costrizioni del fenomeno migratorio\, anche nella prospettiva dell’economia giovanile. \nIl Panel ci permetterà di ascoltare l’esperienza di tre registe balcaniche di maggiore successo: le kosovare Antoneta Kastrati e More Raça\, la croata Andrea Štaka\, che avranno occasione di illustrare il messaggio di denuncia e di proposta della loro cinematografia. \nNella fertile\, straordinaria produzione cinematografica delle registe balcaniche di successo\, quali sono i temi prioritari? Quali sono le differenze rispetto alla cinematografia dei loro colleghi uomini? Una diversa visione della società? Una diversa aspettativa di futuro? At the same time\, fulfilling their important role in society has become increasingly difficult and dangerous for journalists\, as they face growing challenges\, amidst a rising tide of mistrust and safety risks. \nThis year’s South East Europe Media Conference (SEEMC) “Journalism in times of crisis”\, organized in co-operation with the OSCE Presence in Albania\, serves as a call to affirm the importance of journalism as an essential public good and pillar of democratic societies. It aims to foster regional co-operation to address media freedom challenges by exploring opportunities for furthering the media environment in the region\, within the context of the present health crisis. \nThe 8th SEEMC\, to be held in a hybrid format in Tirana on 11-12 October 2021\, will bring together journalists\, relevant State actors\, policymakers\, media and legal experts\, and researchers from the region and beyond to strengthen their co-operation\, with a common goal towards enhancing media freedom and freedom of expression in the South East Europe region. SUMMARY:EUSAIR facilitating the enlargement process in the environmental sector
DESCRIPTION:This workshop will discuss the findings of the study on the EU Strategy for the Adriatic and Ionian Region (EUSAIR) facilitating the enlargement process of Western Balkans\, conducted by OBCT/CeSPI on EUSAIR’s potential to support the enlargement process into the Western Balkans. \nIt focuses on environmental issues (chapter 27 of the acquis) and contributes to the discussion on the future revision of the EUSAIR Action Plan. EUSAIR may facilitate the adoption of the acquis in the WB countries and the implementation of EU policies and strategies. Although the environmental alignment requires significant investments\, testing the potential of EUSAIR in this sector could bring clear benefits to the enlargement process. EUSAIR is a platform where different processes and funds may converge\, strengthening the administrative capacity in the WB countries. SUMMARY:Quo Vadis\, Aida?
DESCRIPTION:L’ottava edizione del Film Festival Diritti Umani Lugano\, che si tiene dal 13 al 17 ottobre 2021\, offre un percorso diversificato\, come sempre molto attento anche al vivace panorama delle produzioni svizzere\, che quest’anno si articolerà in 29 proiezioni\, tra cui 7 prime svizzere e 5 corti. \nI centri nevralgici saranno le tradizionali sedi del Cinema Corso e del Cinema Iride di Lugano\, presso cui sarà possibile vedere tutti i film in programma\, accanto a cinque proiezioni sulla piattaforma del Festival www.festivaldirittiumani.stream  . \nCome sempre le questioni legate ai diritti e alla dignità umana raccontate sullo schermo diventeranno oggetto dei numerosi forum di approfondimento che caratterizzano il FFDUL. Dopo molte proiezioni\, sul palco si alterneranno gli esperti dei temi narrati nei film\, insieme ai registi e ai protagonisti delle storie appena viste. DESCRIPTION:Gli effetti della pandemia hanno reso molto più precarie e difficili le condizioni sociali\, economiche e lavorative di molta popolazione che vive in Italia\, colpendo in maniera particolarmente dura le categorie già fragili ed emarginate\, tra cui gli immigrati. \nSono le considerazioni contenute nel Dossier Statistico Immigrazione 2021\, da 31 anni il rapporto più esaustivo sull’immigrazione in Italia curato dal Centro Studi e Ricerche Idos in collaborazione con Confronti\, che verrà presentato il 28 ottobre in contemporanea in tutte le regioni e province autonome. \nPer quanto riguarda il territorio della Provincia autonoma di Trento\, faranno il quadro migratorio nazionale e trentino diversi relatori\, moderati da Massimiliano Pilati\, presidente del Forum Trentino per la pace e i diritti umani\, organismo del Consiglio Provinciale di Trento. \nInterventi: \n– Serena Piovesan\, referente provinciale Dossier IDOS e Assegnista di ricerca IML (International Migration Laboratory) dell’Università degli Studi di Trento\nLa popolazione straniera in Trentino nel quadro generato dalla pandemia: alcuni tasselli di un mosaico in evoluzione \n– Paolo Boccagni\, Università degli Studi di Trento\nMeno stranieri?
